Sunday is the day of rest, so let’s rest our livers and look at some delicious mocktails today.
Noosa Sunset
½ fresh peach
3 shots fresh pineapple juice
1 tsp grenadine
Blend the peach and pineapple juice with cracked ice, strain into a cocktail glass and pout the grenadine over the top. A delicious taste of liquid sunshine much like the town on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland (Australia) that it is named after.
Pina Colada Perfecto
3 shots fresh pineapple juice
1 ½ shots coconut milk
Place all of the ingredients, along with ice, in a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.
Just in case you don’t like pineapple here’s one for you.
Shrinking Violet
3 shots red grape juice
½ shot lime juice
chilled lemonade
Shake the grape and lime juice together with ice in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass and top up with chilled lemonade.
